Warehouse Customer Service Officer (Canning Vale)

About the role We are seeking a part time Warehouse/Customer Service Officer to join our team at Searle Fasteners Pty Ltd in Canning Vale, WA. What you'll be doing
- Warehouse duties including receiving of goods in and picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
- Customer sales
- including front counter and over the phone
- Handling customer enquiries and orders via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintaining a high level of warehouse standards and accurate inventory records
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as required What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or warehousing role
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or warehousing experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including inventory management tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A team player with a positive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 20kg
