Asset Management Engineer (Jandakot)

- someone who enjoys working with data, understanding how assets perform, and using insights to support better decisions across the network. What you’ll be doing
- Analysing asset performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the network
- Supporting lifecycle planning, including ageing asset strategies and maintenance decision-making
- Delivering clear, practical reporting (including investigations and root cause analysis) to support business decisions
- Working closely with teams across operations, engineering and systems to improve data accuracy and reliability
- Contributing to asset plans, business cases and investment decisions that support network performance and reliability
- Providing technical insight on asset performance, risk and compliance across the gas distribution network What you’ll bring
- Engineering background with experience in asset lifecycle planning (ideally within utilities or infrastructure)
- Solid analytical capability, you’re comfortable working with data and turning it into meaningful insights
- Experience with systems like SAP, GIS or Power BI (or similar), and confidence working across multiple platforms
- Solid understanding of asset management principles, risk and infrastructure operations
- The ability to build strong working relationships and communicate clearly across the business Why this role stands out
