**Distribution Officer**

As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the interface between production & distribution of BOC
**What you will enjoy doing**
- In this role, you will be responsible for debriefing metro drivers. Monitoring planned vs actual routes and paperwork aligns with the work scheduled and product loaded
- Update customer data from driver de-brief in SAP
- Delivery settlement of inbound loads and analysis of shipment control scanning
- Finalise Metro Delivery schedules generated by auto scheduling system in conjunction with our central logistics team
- Work closely with the despatch and operations team and our contract carrier
- Responsible for admin data entry functions relevant to distributions
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for timely reporting of hazards, injuries, and accidents
**What makes you outstanding**
- 1-3 years of experience in transport operations i.e. scheduler or fleet control
- Knowledge of SAP systems and processes and MS suites
- Exposed to the use of driver management tools, route monitoring and scanners etc.
- Fast Decision Making and Execution Finally, you will be adept in technology and have the ability to learn new IT**Why you will love working with us**
