- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound and outbound
- Lead and support a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Step in on the floor to support unloading, picking and dispatch when needed
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time
- Manage stock control and inventory using warehouse systems
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment
- Monitor performance and keep the team productive without constant direction
- Coordinate workflow to keep operations running efficiently What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisor role
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to keep people accountable
- Hands-on approach
- willing to step in and support the team
- Confidence using warehouse systems and inventory tools
- Physically capable of manual handling (up to 20kg)
- Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic
