Retail Team Member (Canning Vale)

An exciting opportunity has become available in **Retail Sales & Design**, working at our **Canning Vale** store. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Retail Team, listening to customers' needs and providing solutions
- the customer brings the dream, you bring the how to! This is a **full-time rostered position** including Saturday shifts.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working in our Home Improvement Store, providing exceptional customer service and selling goods
- Assist customers to find innovative solutions using Stratco products and materials
- Guiding customers through the design process
- Maintaining store stock levels
- Participation in training and personal development sessions
- General housekeeping activities
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy
- An eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to excellence and self-development
- Previous design consulting or building experience desirable, but not necessary (CAD skills an advantage)
