Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator (Willetton)

Is able to work with us for the long term, changes in staffing unsettle the children and so stability is key. We are looking for someone who is available full time.
- Is either an English born speaker or has a high skill level in spoken and written English.
- Is very comfortable speaking and singing in front of the children/ with the children
- you don't have to have a valuable singing voice or be in tune, just happy to sing loudly and confidently!
- Is a friendly, outgoing and confident person who can hit the ground running and get involved with the children
- Has great communication skills and can speak with parents in a positive, friendly and supportive way
- Is self-directed and is able to work with, and direct support staff effectively
- Is passionate about early education, someone who believes that giving these children the chance to be in an educational environment and help develop their skills will help them succeed in later life/ give them a lifelong love of learning
- Ideally has other specialist skills such as speaks another language, has some dance skills or music skills.
