Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability‑centred maintenance (RCM) strategies for mechanical assets. Liaising heavily with our major resource sector clients.
- Lead and support condition monitoring programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonic testing, and other predictive maintenance techniques.
- Analyse condition monitoring data to identify emerging equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement sustainable reliability solutions.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize asset care plans and maintenance routines.
- Support planning and execution of shutdowns, overhauls, and equipment upgrades.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment availability and reduce maintenance costs.
- Provide reliability insights and technical support for capital and improvement projects. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-8 years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or mechanical engineering roles.
- Demonstrated experience with condition monitoring techniques and technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography).
- Strong understanding of rotating and static equipment performance and failure modes.
- Proficiency with reliability tools such as RCM, FMECA, RCA, and predictive maintenance analytics.
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance data analysis.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Optional: Certification in vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography, or CMRP is an asset. About Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
