Job Title: Commercial Office Cleaning Staff

Location:Perth various locations, majority of work in Canning Vale.

Employment Type: Subcontractor, Casual

Reports To: Cleaning Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms.

Empty and clean bins; replace liners as needed.

Wipe down desks, office equipment, windows, and high-touch surfaces.

Restock toilet paper, soap, and other hygiene supplies.

Follow cleaning checklists and schedules as instructed.

Handle basic maintenance tasks like reporting broken fixtures or damages.

Lock and secure premises after cleaning (where applicable).

Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience (commercial or office preferred).

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies (training provided if needed).

Police clearance or background check may be required.

Valid driver's licence and own transport

Desirable but Not Essential:

Working With Children Check (if cleaning in school/child-related facilities).

COVID-19 vaccination certificate (depending on client requirements).

Working Hours:

Early mornings, During the day, after hours and weekends.

Salary:

Attractive salary arrangements
