- Maintaining Quality Standards by conducting reviews of NCR’s and working with the production team to keep improving our Quality & Service.
- Management of continuous improvement of projects & processes.
- Promoting the importance of Quality Assurance throughout the organization.
- Internal Audits
- Monitoring Efficacy of Procedures QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the Metal / Steel Industry would be an advantage.
- Successful candidate to have had exposure to QA Systems and understanding of NCR’s & Continuous Management Processes.
- Self-Driven with a passion for Quality & Continuous Improvement. SAFETY OFFICER JOB ROLE
- Overseeing Workplace Health & Safety Compliance and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
- Conducting Risk Assessments and implementing measures to mitigate workplace hazards.
- Co-ordinating, safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Managing incident reports, investigation, and corrective action plans.
- Conduct safety meetings. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Qualification or significant experience in Workplace Health and Safety,
- Strong knowledge of WHS Principles and Practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problems solving skills.
