Our client is Australia's lead supplier of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) for residential, commercial and light industry customers in Australia and New Zealand, being the leading provider and has developed safe, sustainable, and innovative energy solutions for more than 350,000 homes and businesses across a variety of applications and industry sectors. Seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer in our Canning Vale office. Main point of contact with customers is predominantly Debtor Control role with call centre-based to assist in areas such as establishing accounts, customer enquiries, processing orders and payments, advising customers on usage and delivery, and selling and arranging installation of appliances. What this means for you:
- Steady employment on an ongoing basis in a great team environment
- Monday to Friday 8am
- 4pm
- $39.72, plus penalty rates for Weekend, Public Holiday and Overtime, plus Superannuation
- Weekly payroll Duties:
- Confidently interact with customers/clients in person and over the phone as the first point of contact.
- Follow up and maintain outstanding accounts
- All administration aspects of customer transactions, including filing, updating records, banking, correspondence, price adjustments, phone calls, processing orders, invoicing/sales and debtor control.
- Liaising with customers on delivery times, selling and arranging the installation of appliances
- Assist with monitoring and reporting to your manager on market and competitor activity, sales, leads and feedback on marketing activities.
- Comply with industry and company policies Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in Debtor Control and solid administration and accounts processing skills, along with well-documented Call Centre experience essential
- Well Presented, must be well presented and punctual
- Computer-literate, experienced in using multiple packages
- Customer Service, confident telephonic skills, and Customer Service presence
- Team Members, must be friendly and approachable and be able to work in a team dynamic
- Physically fit & healthy, Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, and Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
