Heavy Duty Auto Electrician (City of Canning)

Your new role as the Auto Electrician for Machine Rebuilds you will be reporting to the Workshop Supervisor. About Welshpool The Mining Rebuilds workshop at Welshpool, WA, offers cost-effective rebuilds and repairs for Caterpillar equipment. We specialise in certified rebuilds, powertrain components, and custom solutions, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Rosters 5days on, 2days off (2 weeks of dayshift, 1 week of nightshift)
- 10.5hrs (Inclusive of a 30min upaid lunch break) What you'll do
- Work on Caterpillar heavy earthmoving equipment, performing a variety of tasks,
- Assembly or reassembly of electrical components, dealer provided option installations, maintenance and build ups to customers specification ensuring optimum safety and efficiency throughout the entire build.
- Assist with the busy workload to meet the required deadlines and schedules Skills & Experience
- Australian-recognised Auto Electrical Trade Certificate.
- Previous experience working on heavy earthmoving equipment an advantage.
