**Position Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on leader with a proven ability to motivate and drive a retail team to success. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising strategies. As the second in charge, you’ll have full responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is away.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead by example and consistently delivering world class customer service to every customer
- Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Execute and maintain the company’s visual merchandising strategy to highlight core lines and promotions
- Maintain up to date product knowledge and proactively engage in training
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to provide exceptional customer service
- Sell our extensive range of exciting products, working alongside our passionate and dedicated team
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through inventory management
- Assume full control of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, taking accountability for both sales and team performance
**Skills and Experience**
- At least 12-months experience in a leadership role, preferably in the retail industry
- Organised person who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Lead by example to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their personal best
- Proven history of coaching and developing teams, identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to promote growth
- Qualifications ad experience in a related field is highly regarded
