Our Client is Australia’s leading supplier of industrial and safety products. Right now they are looking for a **Customer service assistant **to join their Trade Store.

You will work as a part of a high performing team, to provide an exceptional level of service to customers.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Customer relationships
- Process customer orders, credits and complete quotes
- Stock replenishment, stock takes and Showroom displays
- Cash Handling (Cash, EFTPOS, Cheques)
- General housekeeping of the trade store counter and packing areas
- **Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander**:

- Trade Counter, Retail or Customer service experience
- Computer skills
- Microsoft Office
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
- Excellent attitude and reliable
- As the successful applicant you will ideally have previous customer service or trade store experience and an understanding or working knowledge of the Industrial and Safety product market. However, it will be your strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude that will see you excel in this role. **Salary**: $50,000.00
- $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
