**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Customer Service Centre Officer** based in **Canning Vale.**This position involves working as part of our collaborative Customer Service Centre team
- reporting to the Customer Service Centre Manager.

This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Telephone customer service and sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Keying of orders
- Liaison with manufacturing, retail and despatch teams
- Regular communication and interaction with store managers

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Previous experience in a busy Call Centre would be very favourably looked upon
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) which will include weekend loadings/penalty rates
