Customer Service Officer / Sales (Canning Vale)

This is a **full-time position, Monday to Saturday (on a rotating roster)**. Based in **Canning Vale**, you will be provided with support and product training so you can succeed in the role!

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Taking sales orders and accurately entering customer orders
- Regular communication and interaction with other Stratco team members including store managers
- Liaising with manufacturing, retail and dispatch teams on product assembly and delivery
- Participate in regular product and sales training

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
- Strong customer focus with a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent data entry skills
- Previous experience in a busy call centre would be very favourably looked upon
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) which will include weekend loadings/penalty rates
