WPC Group are seeking motivated and passionate individuals, committed to completing a 12-month Traineeship.

About the Role:
- Ensuring the payroll is prepared and completed accurately and on time.
- Ensuring all creditors, payroll records and expenditure account records are processed and sent to Finance and Administration.
- Coordinating employment induction, staff training and retraining (in conjunction with Site Manager and Supervisors).
- Upkeep staff database and online safety database.
- Providing administrative support for stock take and ordering supplies where needed.
- Weekly CHEP reconciliation through 2IC.
- Supporting warehousing operations where required.
- Full-time, 12 month traineeship with tailored one-on-one mentoring
About You:
- Experience in providing administrative services to various stakeholders.
- Proven track record of working effectively in environments of high activity, competing priorities and time pressure.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills. Sound communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Possess strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent administrative and general office skills.
- Car & licence is preferred

**Salary**: Up to $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
