Consequently, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Western Australia to drive recent business in the booming solar industry! Key Responsibilities
- Post about our industry leading products/services online (e.g., social media, website and forums)
- Create articles for promotion of new product models
- Share and respond to online reviews while educating customers via face-to-face meetings, emails and phone calls.
- Participate in trade shows as a spokesperson for our company especially for industry leading products, including panels, inverters, batteries and mounting kits.
- Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers.
- Generate leads and pass potential opportunities to sales team for them to follow up.
- Thoroughly understand our products and services and continue to learn product knowledge
- Use word-of mouth marketing techniques, like referring our products to friends and family members.
- Monitor online comments and respond or forward to our after service department.
- Assist in organising marketing events for our industry leading products.
- Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas.
- Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers’ requests.
- Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities. What’s in it for You
