- Great entry level opportunity with competitive base salary As the first point of contact at our Welshpool branch, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping customers find the right equipment solutions. You’ll join a collaborative team of 12, including drivers, mechanics, and customer service coordinators, all working toward a common goal. This is a diverse, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. What you’ll do
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Prepare hire schedules, quotes, and invoices
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick‑ups, repairs, and breakdowns
- Occasionally support the yard team with loading equipment
- Collaborate with a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment What you’ll bring
- Experience in a customer‑facing role
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and understand technical information
