About Us We are a small family accounting practice based in Willetton. We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier accounting, taxation, and advisory services to our diverse client base. We are looking for a proactive, organised Administration Assistant to join our friendly, supportive team. The Role You will support our accountants and manage the front-facing client experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Managing the front reception, answering phone calls, and greeting clients in a professional manner.
- Office Administration: Managing correspondence, filing, ordering stationery, and maintaining office organisation.
- Accounts Support: Assisting with accounts payable/receivable, data entry, and processing invoices using MYOB software.
- Process & Compliance: Dispatching client compliance paperwork, preparing engagement letters, and managing client databases. Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven administrative experience, ideally within a public practice accounting or skilled services firm.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is highly regarded.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
