About The Role The Customer Service & Sales Support is a full-time position based in Welshpool, WA . Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader , you will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time! In This Role You Will

- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email and sometimes in person
- Process orders promptly and accurately.
- Provide sales and support using your product knowledge.
- Keep customers updated and informing them of order updates.
- Understand and comply with Chain of Responsibility laws for configuration of orders and transport.
- Other general administration as required.

Your hours of work: Monday to Friday between 8:00am-4:00pm. What You Bring To The Role

- Have enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills, SAP experience desirable
- Be passionate about customer service with suitable experience to match.
- Willingness to learn.
