Pearl Home Care is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant with a background in health, aged care or disability to support the Chief Executive Officer and Chief of Staff of a growing aged care business. About the Role The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief of Staff of Pearl Home Care's Head Office in Willetton. This role ensures the productive management of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief of Staff's day-to-day responsibilities and priorities. This role will also act as a trusted administrative partner to the wider executive team, coordinating schedules, managing communications, preparing executive materials, and supporting key organisational initiatives. This position is located within Pearl Home Care's Head Office in Willetton. About Pearl Home Care Pearl Home Care was established in 2019 to provide professional and affordable in home aged and disability care to Australians to facilitate living comfortably and independently at home. Pearl Home Care comprises of a national network of qualified care providers who offer nursing, daily living assistance, social support, domestic assistance to aged care participants. Currently, Pearl Home Care operates via 38 franchises across five states and territories within Australia. The Head Office team supports franchise partners to drive national strategy, operational performance, and quality of care across the franchise network. Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief of Staff.
- Managing complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, events and scheduling across multiple priorities.
- Preparing and coordinating meeting agendas, briefing notes and supporting documentation.
- Acting as a key liaison between the CEO, Chief of Staff, executive leadership team, franchise partners, and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with executive and Board reporting, presentations, and documentation required for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives led by the CEO or Chief of Staff. About you Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar senior administrative role supporting senior executives.
- Experience working within the health, aged care, disability, or community services sector is preferred.
- Experience supporting executive teams within a growing or multi-site organisation is advantageous. Skills and Capabilities
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work proactively and anticipate executive needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Why join us
