As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to support our busy sales team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be the key link between customers, sales, production, and operations — ensuring quotes are issued quickly, followed up professionally, and tracked through the sales process. Why join?

- Work with a respected brand known for quality and innovation The Role Working closely with the Sales Team and Management, you will:
- Prepare and manage customer quotations across multiple product lines
- Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes and sales enquiries
- Track quote activity, customer responses, and conversion opportunities
- Liaise with customers regarding product information, lead times, and order updates
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of orders
- Maintain accurate customer and quote records within the CRM/ERP system
- Support the external sales team with administration and customer communication
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer service and sales processes
- Handle incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner About You You're proactive and organised, and you thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment. You enjoy building relationships, keeping things moving, and supporting a high-performing sales team. In addition, you will have:
- Previous experience in a business-to-business (B2B) internal sales, sales support, or customer service position
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Experience in preparing and following up on quotations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- phone and face-to-face, as there is a showroom on-site
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
