- Busy role providing customer service to our clients Westral is a proudly Western Australia owned manufacturing business that was established in 1973 and still has the same owners. It manufactures high quality Shadetrack Outdoor Blinds, internal window blinds, Meshlock security doors and screens, roller shutters and plantation shutters providing excellent customer service to our customers. Our office and manufacturing facilities are situated in Canning Vale Perth, Western Australia. We provide an excellent working culture and a management that cares about their 150 employees, most of whom have been with the company for many years. The wholesale division, Sunteca (WA) Pty Ltd, provides service to our retail customers across three states. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to complement our current team and growing business. Responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service for a large client base, processing new orders, existing orders, or general enquiries
- Liaising with manufacturing, purchasing, accounts, logistics and warehouse to ensure our customers are given the service they require
- Data entry for current orders
- Being a problem solver and being able to fix issues quickly for our customers
- Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner Skills and experience:
- Can work in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised person and possess an attention to detail mentality
- Sound computer skills
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential
- The right person with the best attitude will be offered full time or if preferred, part time employment On-going training and support will be given.
