Our client, a leading provider of electrical services throughout Western Australia, is now seeking an Administration Assistant/Scheduler for their business located in Canning Vale. Monday
- Friday
- 38 hour week Temp
- Perm for the right candidate About the role:
- Scheduling of daily jobs via job management system
- Data Entry
- uploading job completions
- Updating jobs and client portal information
- Calling clients/customers to comfirm scheduled jobs
- General administration duties as required About you:
- Previous Administration experience
- Previous scheduling experience or similar
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communications skills
