Procurement Lead Indirect Jandakot

We’re seeking a Procurement Lead
- Indirect to shape and deliver category strategies across indirect spend areas such as IT, HR, marketing and professional services. In this role, you’ll lead category management, implement procurement frameworks and identify opportunities to drive value and mitigate supply chain risks. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions and uplifting procurement culture across the business.

What You Will Do:

Develop and execute category strategies informed by spend analysis, market intelligence, and business priorities to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Drive value for money and total cost of ownership improvements through cutting-edge sourcing approaches and supplier partnerships.

Mentor Procurement Specialists by providing guidance and support on sourcing strategies and best practices.

Manage category-specific risks, including contemporary slavery and SOCI compliance, by implementing robust mitigation strategies for supply chain resilience.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, influencing decisions, shaping procurement direction, and constructively challenging where necessary.

Streamline sourcing processes to reduce cycle times, remove bottlenecks, and deliver faster, more efficient procurement outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in business, supply chain, procurement, or equivalent experience.

Proven expertise in indirect procurement and category management.

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Experience driving cultural uplift and process improvements.

Ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
