Description
**About the role**:

- Based in our Canning Vale office
- Monday
- Friday
- 38 hours per week
- In office parking
- Workplace flexibility once established

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding/Mobilisation Coordination: Ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new employees, coordinating compliance checks, and handling mobilisation tasks.
- Roster Management: Creating and maintaining accurate rosters for workforce scheduling and project delivery.
- Resource Planning: Collaborating with team members to ensure optimal staffing levels for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Timesheet Administration: Facilitating timely and accurate submission and processing of timesheets.
- Blue Collar Onboarding: Actively supporting recruitment and selection of skilled trades and blue-collar workers.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Familiarity with client/industry competency management systems such as MyPass, CVS, or similar platforms.
- Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Rostering/Workforce Management tools, such as OPMS
