Lab Tech Chemistry (Jandakot)

**About the Role**

This role will be under direct supervision to perform duties based on the performs assigned duties within the chemical hygiene plan and HSE laboratory safety standards. Includes Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations in performing assigned duties. Performs duties to conduct routine laboratory tests according to procedures. Have 2 years of related laboratory testing experience.

This position will be basedat **Jandakot, WA**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Performs assigned duties within the chemical hygiene plan and the current HSE laboratory safety standards
- Build prototypes, models, and special equipment and/or perform basic material or environmental tests using basic techniques with electrical/electronic, chemical, and mechanical equipment that includes set-up, calibration, trouble
- shooting, monitoring, and data collection
- Performs duties to conduct routine laboratory tests either following procedures or requiring the selection of test equipment/instrumentation procedures
- Operates laboratory or other equipment such as pumps and rig equipment, as required to execute assigned tasks
- Maintains files and documentation related to test equipment and test results of equipment

**Role Requirements**
- Strong focus on safety and operational awareness
- Have 2+ years Previous Experience
- Able to work a physically active hands-on role
- Bachelors/ or undergraduate Chemical Engineering preferred
- Problem solves

Pay: $80,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year
