Inventory / Stores Coordinator (Canning Vale)

The Inventory / Stores Coordinator monitors stock levels of mechanical and electrical spare parts and is in charge of procurement and receiving goods. This is a well rounded position with career progression within a successful, market-leading global organisation where you will be appreciated.

**Main duties**:

- Work closely with managers, supervisors and suppliers
- Procurement of mechanical and workshop spare parts
- Manage inventory, spare parts and goods and raise purchase orders
- Monitor stock levels and proactively source for options and solutions

**Skills and experience required**:

- Resourcefulness and proactive approach towards daily tasks
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel. QAD or Ariba or SAP desired.
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Great prioritisation and organisational skills
- Ability to think for yourself and resolve issues

Versatile working hours from Monday to Friday between 6am and 4pm. Paid breaks. Friday is usually half a work day.

To be successful for this position it is a requirement to pass a Pre-employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol screen.
