**About the role**
- Collaborate with executive leadership to create actionable technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead a team of architects fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish and assure technology governance to maintain a cohesive technology architecture for enhanced efficiency.
- Assure resilient, scalable, and secure IT solutions to meet dynamic organisational needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technology-related risks
- Identify opportunities for innovation and the use of emerging technologies for long-term organisational success.

**What we are looking for**
- A Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture and/or Digital Business Transformation, or a related field.
- Top-tier and progressive experience in Information Technology working within large, mature technology teams
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership to translate business needs into actionable technology strategies.
- Expertise in cloud architecture, with the ability to navigate and implement cloud-based solutions efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, enterprise architecture, and technology governance, aligning technology initiatives with organisational goals.
- Impactful experience effectively leading IT teams with the ability to lead & coach technical teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
- In-depth enterprise and solution architecture experiences, with an understanding of asset management and related industries.
- Extensive knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
