Fleet Manager (Canning Vale)

**Canning Vale Toyota** is on the search for an** Automotive Fleet Manager **to join our energetic Fleet Department!

To be successful, you will be self-motivated, financially driven and have a natural ability to establish, maintain and develop corporate relationships. This role offers exciting career progression opportunities as you will be working with Toyota, Ford, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, and Volkswagen!

**YOU**:

- Strong understanding of all aspects of a fleet operation
- Highly developed knowledge of the automotive industry
- Ability to understand and profile customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Sound leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Yard Managers Licence.
- Current manual drivers’ licence
- ** Previous fleet sales experience in the automotive industry is essential**
