**The role**

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead you will provide a range of professional support including but not limited to:

- Answering a busy multiple line phone system in an expedient and friendly manner
- General administrative tasks such as quote preparation, updating internal documents (policies / procedures), preparing mail outs, issuance of certificates etc.
- Providing general administrative support to internal stakeholders

**Key Skills**

As the first point of contact, to be successful in this varied and pivotal role you will need:

- A mature, adaptable, and confident approach with a high standard of presentation and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and aptitude to work well under pressure
- A proven ability to display initiative, multi-task, prioritise, and problem solve
- A capacity to work within a close-knit team environment
- Robust Microsoft Office skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
