Are you an organised, people‑focused administrator who enjoys keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? Join our growing solar and battery sales and installation team and play a key role in coordinating our projects and customer experience
About the role
Reporting to the Operations / General Manager, you will be the central point of contact between our sales, procurement, installation field teams and customers. You’ll make sure jobs are set up correctly, paperwork is complete, and installations are scheduled and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities include
· Coordinating jobs from sale through to installation completion
· Preparing and processing initial paperwork, forms and job files
· Scheduling installations and assigning the field team
· Communicating with customers to confirm dates, access, and any special requirements
· Liaising with suppliers to support procurement of solar and battery materials
· Updating CRM/job management systems and maintaining accurate records
· Supporting the team with general admin tasks and customer service as required
About you To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Previous experience in administration, scheduling, coordination or similar role (trade, construction or solar experience highly regarded)
· Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple jobs at once
· Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
· Positive computer skills and confidence using email, spreadsheets and job management/CRM systems
· A proactive, “can‑do” attitude and a strong focus on customer service
Experience in the solar or electrical industry is an advantage but not essential for the right person who is keen to learn.
