Customer Service Representative (Canning Vale)

ACO, a global leader with solid foundations has a global presence in over 40 countries on four continents. We are market leaders in the area of surface water management, utility cablepit enclosures and building drainage products. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our WA Sales team based at Canning Vale, WA. Key Responsibilities:
- You will be required to assist customers with order bookings
- Liaise with customers with their queries and product information.
- Liaise with other departments for orders and credits
- Provide a range of administrative and support services What we are looking for:
- A punctual, positive and efficient individual
- Comfortable working in an agile and time critical environment
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent time management.
- Results oriented with a focus on providing great customer service.
- Experience with MS Office is essential.
- Experience with Pronto is advantageous.
