Claims Advisor Location: Perth, Southern Suburbs Salary: Up to $90,000 + Super We are supporting a well-established organisation operating within the property and construction services industry, known for delivering high-quality outcomes across residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, multiple opportunities are available for Claims Advisors to join a busy and collaborative team in Perth. The Prospect In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of building and property-related claims, overseeing each case from initial lodgement through to completion. You will act as a key point of contact, coordinating with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure claims are handled efficiently and customers are supported throughout the process. Key Responsibilities
- Manage building and property-related claims from start to finish
- Coordinate works and timelines with contractors and internal teams
- Liaise with insurers, assessors and customers
- Monitor claim progress and provide regular updates
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with processes
- Proactively resolve issues to achieve positive outcomes About You
- Previous experience in claims, coordination or administration roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
- Experience in property, construction or insurance environments (advantageous) What’s on Offer
