Operations Manager Canning Vale

This role will be accountable for the successful delivery of the strategic asset maintenance management and compliance for the schools, including producing recommendation reports for the client to improve building performance in relation to critical infrastructure, life cycle and redundancy across the portfolio.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Schools Public Private Partnership Contract; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.

Qualifications in either Building Services, Facility Management Engineering or Asset Management at tertiary level is desirable.

Experience in Operations Management / Project Management.

Understanding of ISO55000 principles and translating these standards into an operational environment.

Experience in the management, estimating, programming, planning, design, delivery of FM projects and building works.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience leading and coordinating large and diverse teams.The ability to manage reactive and planned maintenance, with a trades background in HVAC, Fire, Hydraulics or mechanical.
