We are seeking a highly skilled, service-oriented individual to join our team. If you can work autonomously, love talking to and assisting clients and stakeholders, then this is the role for you.

The role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead you will provide a range of professional support including but not limited to:
Answering a busy multiple line phone system in an expedient and friendly manner
General administrative tasks such as quote preparation, updating internal documents (policies / procedures), preparing mail outs, issuance of certificates etc.
Providing general administrative support to internal stakeholders
Key Skills
As the first point of contact, to be successful in this diverse and pivotal role you will need:
A mature, adaptable, and confident approach with a high standard of presentation and professionalism
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and aptitude to work well under pressure
A proven ability to display initiative, multi-task, prioritise, and problem solve
A capacity to work within a close-knit team environment
Robust Microsoft Office skills
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
