About the Role:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing and entering of invoices into the financial system; ensuring they are processed accurately and paid on time

Coordinating the weekly and monthly payment runs

Reconciling supplier statements, following up any discrepancies and settle any overdue amounts.

Answering accounts payable queries from internal and external parties

Monitoring and actioning AP inbox

Maintaining the AP system, including records of payments, vendor and supplier details

Supporting the month-end and year end processing

Covering reception duties when needed

Any other duties necessary to ensure the responsibilities of the role are executed.

About You:

You will have:

Previous experience in a similar role

Demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume purchase order-driven processes, including three-way matching of invoices, POs, and debit notes.

High competency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage

Strong attention to details, Excellent time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
