Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement reliability‑centred maintenance (RCM) strategies for mechanical assets. Liaising heavily with our major resource sector clients.
Lead and support condition monitoring programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonic testing, and other predictive maintenance techniques.
Analyse condition monitoring data to identify emerging equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
Perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement sustainable reliability solutions.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize asset care plans and maintenance routines.
Support planning and execution of shutdowns, overhauls, and equipment upgrades.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment availability and reduce maintenance costs.
Provide reliability insights and technical support for capital and improvement projects.
Qualifications&Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3-8 years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or mechanical engineering roles.
Demonstrated experience with condition monitoring techniques and technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography).
Strong understanding of rotating and static equipment performance and failure modes.
Proficiency with reliability tools such as RCM, FMECA, RCA, and predictive maintenance analytics.
Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance data analysis.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Optional: Certification in vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography, or CMRP is an asset.
