As an Assistant Store Manager with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them. About You
- Minimum of 1 year retail management experience
- Experience in managing a team of 2 or more
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI’s
- Analytical with the ability to identify store opportunities
- Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team
- Solid visual merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store
- Interest in fashion and trends
- Pride in personal style and presentation
