We’ve built a strong reputation online and are now growing our in-store experience at **Westfield Carousel**. That’s where you come in!
The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and confident **Sales Representative** to join our Westfield Carousel team. You’ll be the face of Hairy Man Care
- engaging with customers, showcasing our products, and driving sales.
This is not your typical retail role. It’s about creating conversations, educating customers about beard and hair care, and delivering a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, approachable way
- Promote and explain our range of beard, hair, and skin care products
- Provide personalised product recommendations and demonstrations
- Drive daily sales to meet and exceed store targets
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and stock displays
- Process transactions (EFTPOS, cash, PayID, etc.) accurately
- Represent Hairy Man Care with pride and uphold our brand values
What We’re Looking For
- Retail or sales experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Confident, outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Passion for men’s grooming, skincare, or lifestyle products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Availability to work **weekdays, weekends, and late-night Thursdays**: Perks & Benefits
