Strata Manager (East Cannington)

Due to growth within the business we are looking for a **Strata Manager** to join our team. We have taken on on a number of developments and need keen and focussed managers.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, which may include layered schemes & BMS
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage correspondence via phone and written communications
- Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes
- Attending meetings, both committee and general.

**About you**:

- **2 years prior experience as a Strata Manager, Property Manager or being involved in the Property industry.**:

- Have strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities
- Possess high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Experience in using strata management software and knowledge on how to strata complexs operate in Western Australia.
