Operations Executive (East Cannington)

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful **Operations Executive** to join our team in Perth. This role requires someone who is not only experienced in operations but also confident driving luxury vehicles to assist with transportation needs. You will be supporting the CEO and guests by driving them when required, managing office tasks, and maintaining the company’s and CEO's property.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely and confidently drive the CEO and guests around Perth in luxury vehicles.
- Plan itineraries for the CEO and guests when they are in Perth, ensuring all run smoothly.
- Perform office administrative tasks including managing the database, handling correspondence, and assisting with office operations.
- Handle housekeeping tasks to maintain the office workplace and the CEO’s properties.
- Ensure maintenance of Company and CEO’s property and vehicle is conducted on schedule.
- Be available to work odd shifts and occasionally on weekends as required.
- Assist with basic accounting and HR tasks (preferred but not essential).

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with proven experience driving luxury vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of Perth roads and surrounding areas (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in operations, admin, or similar roles.
