Marketing Specialist (East Cannington)

We are seeking a creative and experienced individual with minimum of 2 years working experience in related field and with a strong background in marketing, a flair for strategy, and excellent communication skills to help grow our business and connect with our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Specialist, your day-to-day duties will include:

- Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and engage prospective students and clients.
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
- Conducting market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends in the education and migration industry.
- Analysing campaign performance and preparing reports with actionable insights.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and educational institutions.
- Coordinating events, seminars, and workshops to promote our services.
- Maintaining consistent branding across all marketing channels and collateral.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

Skills, Experience, and Attributes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the education or migration consultancy industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work to tight deadlines.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM platforms and client management systems.
- Multiple Language proficiency (English, Hindi, Nepali, Dzongkha).

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
