Concierge (Cannington)

Expert Hearing Care is a market leader in the growing _retail hearing_ _health_ sector. We are actively fighting against the stigma that surrounds hearing health and wish to promote the idea that hearing checks are easy, quick and easy. This position is a unique mix of retail, sales and health and is best suited to individuals who are self-motivated and driven by _purpose_.

Leading our passionate team in the store Cannington, you will:

- Lead from the front as you start conversations about hearing health with potential customers to drive new leads
- Coach your team to generate leads and interact effectively with customers
- Assist customers through the hearing screening process, from start to finish. This includes completing the initial hearing check, explaining the results, and advising on the next steps of the process
- Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Skills and Experience: You will need to have:

- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and have genuine conversations
- The drive to coach fellow team members to meet store KPI’s and targets
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable with lead generation
- A naturally empathetic nature, making you capable of having sensitive conversations with customers about their hearing health
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging with customers on a daily basis
- A passion for face-to-face customer conversations and engagement

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.98
- $29.96 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
