Travel Manager (East Cannington)

We're looking for a travel specialist who is passionate about showcasing the very best of Australia to join our team as a Travel Manager.

Use your expertise in international fares and complex itineraries to sell group tours and travel experiences to corporate / direct customers and agent partners.

**Responsibilities**: You will be responsible for managing the travel requirements and presenting travel solutions for corporate and leisure travellers. Additionally, you will:

- Forge strong working relationships with booking partners, suppliers, corporate customers and agent partners and deliver top notch service to every guest, every time
- Be a tour wizard with good understanding of pricing, schedules, operations, systems, making professional travel arrangements for corporate /direct customers and agent partners.
- Develop procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards in the area of making travel arrangements, ticketing, ticket exchanges/changes.
- Be an excellent communicator, resolve complaints effectively and following up empathetically in a timely manner
- Provide solutions to travel related problems clients may have experienced with arrangements
- Possess strong time management skills and professionalism
- Promote inbound sales with a high conversion rate of inbound inquiries
- Day-to-day administration duties

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years corporate or leisure travel consulting experience.
- Possess outstanding business acumen
- Possess networking and relationship-building skills with excellent communication, listening and presentation skills even during challenging moments.
- Proactive and logístical approach to resolutions, shows initiative, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills, recommending workable solutions that meet the needs of the business and customer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
