Seasonal Casual Sales Assistant - Carousel (Cannington)

We are looking for someone to join our fun and supportive Carousel team during the fastest paced time of the year! _

**The role**: As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. This is a Seasonal Casual position, supporting the store team over the busy 2024 festive period. Seasonal Casual team members can expect to receive diverse numbers of hours week by week, adapting to the needs of the business.

The Carousel team are looking for a team member who shares their passion for exceptional customer service and who has an energetic and solutions-focused approach to their workday. This is an opportunity to work in a high traffic store and build many transferrable skills, with the chance to stay on as a core team member and become part of a close knit, experienced sales team.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.
- Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.
- Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.
- Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.
- Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Has flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (minimum 3 full days per week including one weekend day, some evenings, and some public holidays, for potential shifts).

- Is a fast learner and wants to soak up knowledge about all things LUSH!
