Parts Manager (Cannington)

**About the role**: **Eagers Automotive **is currently looking for a **Parts Manager** to lead our Parts Department at **Southside Mitsubishi & Volkswagen **in** Cannington.**

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department. This will include working with the Service Team and providing the best possible service to our customers.

**Duties will include**:

- Ensuring monthly targets are achieved
- Working collaboratively with the Service Department to achieve KPIs in both departments
- Ensuring customer service standards are met
- Assisting the general public with queries and purchases
- Interpreting requests for parts as required
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers

**You will ideally possess**:

- Experience managing a Parts Department (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working in a Parts and/ or Service Department as an Assistant Manager, Parts Interpreter or Service Advisor (essential)
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Track record of successfully leading a team and meeting budgets
- Australian working rights and driver’s licence
