**About the role**: **EasyAuto123 Cannington **(part of Eagers Automotive) has an exciting and rare opportunity to join our team as the** Assistant Sales Manager.**

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this role will help lead and develop the Sales Department (both new and used cars), ensuring that the operations are both efficient and profitable. You will be responsible for maintaining good employee and client relations whilst operating within ethical guidelines and in line with our company values.

**Duties will include**:

- Motivating, leading, and developing the sales team
- Developing and managing sales systems that include effective prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing and vehicle delivery programs
- Ensuring industry leading customer experience for all customers
- Ensuring that all sales objectives are achieved as well as full compliance with dealer and manufacturer standards
- Contributing to the profitability of the department through the sale of vehicles, finance & insurance and aftercare products

**You will ideally possess**:

- Experience in an Automotive Sales role
- Willingness to maintain superior knowledge of applicable brands and products
- Proven track record of meeting KPI’s and performing in high pressure environments
- Solid interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have or be willing to obtain a Yard Manager’s Licence
- Valid Australian working rights and manual driver’s licence
