Strata Manager East Cannington

Due to growth within the business we are looking for a Strata Manager to join our team. We have taken on on a number of developments and need keen and focussed managers.

You will be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, which may include layered schemes & BMS

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders

Manage correspondence via phone and written communications

Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes

Attending meetings, both committee and general.

About you:

2 years prior experience as a Strata Manager, Property Manager or being involved in the Property industry.:

Have robust customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities

Possess high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills

Experience in using strata management software and knowledge on how to strata complexs operate in Western Australia.
