Responsibilities

Staff Training and Operational Excellence:

Whip our team into shape through engaging training and team-building activities that bring out the best in everyone. Show them that mixing cocktails and having a blast go hand in hand. Take charge of shifts like a superhero, overseeing staff breaks, clock on/off procedures, and role assignments with unwavering precision.

Communication Guru:

Display your mastery of communication arts by effortlessly navigating through platforms like SLACK, BEPOZ, Teams, and more. Keeping the team connected and entertained is your superpower. Fearlessly handle RSA auditors and authorities, ensuring compliance with responsible service of alcohol.

Venue Atmosphere Aficionado:

Create an atmosphere that exudes fun, cleanliness, and maintenance. As soon as guests walk in, they should feel like they've entered a burger paradise where laughter reigns supreme. Teach our team the art of perfect customer interactions with a touch of flair. They'll learn to make every customer feel like a VIP.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a bar or hospitality setting.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge of different types of beverages, cocktails, and their ingredients is beneficial.

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.

Positive attitude, robust work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
